Welcome to Global Fame Industries. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Ordering & Customization (OEM)
Specifications: As an OEM specialist, we manufacture goods strictly according to the "Tech Packs" or designs provided. The client holds full responsibility for the accuracy of all design specs, color codes (Pantone), and sizing charts.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline designs that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Samples & Prototypes
We provide high-precision sample production for quality assessment. Sample and logistics fees are initially covered by the client; however, these costs may be credited toward your final bulk order.

3. Payment Terms
Production commences upon receipt of a confirmed deposit (percentage as per agreement). The remaining balance is due prior to shipment, unless alternative terms have been documented in writing.

4. Shipping & Logistics
Global Reach: We provide worldwide logistics via sea, air, and premium couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
Timelines: While we prioritize meeting your deadlines, delivery dates are estimates. Global Fame Industries is not liable for external delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or courier disruptions.

5. Quality Assurance & Returns
Custom Goods: As products are custom-manufactured to your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns for a "change of mind."
Claims: In the event of manufacturing defects, please notify us within 10 business days of receipt. Proven defects will be resolved via replacement or credit after a formal investigation.

6. Intellectual Property & Privacy
Ownership: Clients warrant that they possess legal rights to all logos and designs submitted for production.
Confidentiality: We respect your trade secrets. Your custom designs will never be showcased or sold to third parties without your explicit written consent.
